Hoosier Assurance Plan (HAP) is the primary funding system used by the Family & Social Services Administration's (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA) to pay for mental health and addiction services.  DMHA  contracts with ARNI, along with other managed care providers, to provide an array of care for individuals who meet diagnostic, functioning level and income criteria.
